Sayler’s Consulting performance testing services enable employers to make the best hiring decisions. The performance testing incorporates questions on comprehension and core job skills to evaluate and validate an applicant’s knowledge and experience.

The test results have a very high correlation to job performance. The test has proven to be a very reliable tool in assessing performance within the recruitment process.
